CPO and member of the Executive Leadership Team since 2026.

Before joining Svitzer, Anne served as the Global Head of People & Organisation at COWI, a multinational engineering consultancy. In this role, she led the global HR community and supported 8,000 employees across Scandinavia, the UK, India and North America. Following her time at COWI, she worked as a strategic advisor focusing on leadership and organisational development.

Anne has also held a variety of leadership roles at Maersk gaining broad experience at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations.

Anne holds a MSc in Strategy & Management from Aarhus University.
